All client profiles will require a form of payment
Should you need to cancel or reschedule services, we require 24 hours advance notice for individual services to avoid being charged. Cancellations will be charged 30% of their appointment!
If a client fails to cancel their appointment and no shows, they are required to pay up to 100% of the appointment prior to re-booking.
We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. If a client is 15 minutes late we may ask to reschedule your appointment for another date.
We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Salon West. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.
All services are non-refundable. However, we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge, if we determine it is needed.
The service must be a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed). In case of a disagreement, a redo must be scheduled with the original service provider. You have 48 hours to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction.
Please keep in mind, using box color or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.
Salon West reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our team.
We are happy to return any retail products you purchased within 7 days of original purchase. No cash value is given however an in Salon credit will be issued.
